My project is to pursue this work of studies of sea landscapes which for me represents a real subject the serenity of which I like passing on.The photographers whom I admire particularly are Ansel Adam, Edward Weston but also Michael Kenna.
For me, the black and white is the best way to express the dramatic art which I wish to express.
The vision of the photographer as that of every artist has to transfigure the subject to pass on a vibration: the vibration of the creation. I like photographing in long exposure because this technique allows to record the time which spends and leaves to the photographer the time to contemplate the beauty of the nature.
What interests me it is to photograph apparently commonplace subjects and to transmit the emotion of the beauty of the world.
Lacanau-Océan is a commonplace beach of the Aquitaine coast in France near Bordeaux; My parents took me there while I am 8 days old. The sea, the sky, the sand and the beach have nothing original, and nevertheless the set is inhabited by a kind of genius of places.
